Nationality of the applicant

• Citizen of India 
• Subject of Nepal 
• Subject of Bhutan
• Tibetan Refugees who came to India before 01-01-62 intending to settle in India.
• Indian Origin Persons from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries like Kenya, Uganda and the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi & Zaire who migrated with the intention of settlement in India.

Number of attempts

There is no such official notification regarding the number of attempts an applicant can make for the RSMSSB Librarian post. However, there is an age limit and other criteria the candidates need to meet to attend the exam.
